Some things seem to go to slow and the characters dont seem to really have much movement aside from walking. If I were you, try cutting the frames in between motions you want to appear fast. Like swinging a sword or when the wall falls apart. Having less frames in between 2 points makes things look like they happened faster. Experiment with frames. Try different speeds out. See what happens. Regardless this is a good start. You definitely understand most of what animation is. All that you'd have to work on now is fluidity and diverse movement
